The Steve Brown Foundation takes pride in focusing on the futures of young African American students. The foundation has set a realistic standard that functions as an inspiration for students to achieve great academic goals and as well as set parameters that cast a wide web across student bodies across the country.  Provided below are the requirements:

• GPA of 3.0 or above

• Student must currently attend an HBCU

• Student must be a graduating senior

• 1 letter of recommendation from a professor

• Evidence of school/community service

• Note: Preference will be give to applicants with balances
